OverviewAs the title Caught In Time may suggest, the stories in this anthology reflect both the notions we have of time itself and of stories caught in time before they are lostbut also the sense of stories caught in the long procession of history. Each of the ten stories deals with a different aspect of West Australian history and are based on radio features made between 1983 and 2005. Some, like A Lost Ship: The Story of the Zuytdorp Wreck, describe events that reach back to before European history while others like The Shiver That Went Through Us: Memories of WW2 and The Effects on the Home Front sit squarely in the twentieth century. The final chapter, Kojanup: A Place of Healing, suggests a future we are still working towards.
